TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: 03/16/2026

Welcome to Mária Őserő, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mariaosero.com (the “Website”), and any inquiries, communications, bookings, content, information, products, or services offered through the Website.

By using this Website, contacting us, booking services, or otherwise engaging with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Website or our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website or engage with our coaching or integration services.

You must be at least 21 years old to access, inquire about, or participate in any Colorado natural medicine facilitation services, including individual facilitation or group facilitation, consistent with Colorado law.

By using this Website, you represent that you meet all applicable age requirements.

2. Services Offered

We may offer or describe the following categories of services on this Website:

2.1 Liberation Coaching

Liberation coaching is a non-clinical, educational, relational, and personal-development service intended to support reflection, growth, and self-directed change. Liberation coaching is not medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, case management, or crisis care.

2.2 Integration Coaching

Integration coaching is a non-clinical, educational, and supportive service intended to help individuals reflect upon and integrate prior experiences, including prior psychedelic experiences. Integration coaching does not include the administration, recommendation, procurement, referral, supply, supervision, or facilitation of illegal substances.

2.3 Colorado Natural Medicine Facilitation

Where specifically offered and lawfully available, we may provide natural medicine facilitation services in Colorado within the lawful scope of practice of a Colorado-licensed natural medicine facilitator. Under Colorado law, natural medicine services include preparation, administration, and integration sessions, and participants must be 21 years of age or older.

All Colorado natural medicine facilitation services are subject to applicable Colorado law, regulations, screening requirements, licensure limits, availability, and any separate informed consent or participant agreements required before services may be provided. We reserve the right to decline, limit, postpone, or discontinue facilitation services where clinically, ethically, operationally, or legally appropriate.

2.4 Group Facilitation in Colorado

Where lawfully offered, group facilitation in Colorado is subject to the same legal and eligibility requirements as individual facilitation, including age eligibility, screening, informed consent, and compliance with all applicable Colorado laws and regulations. Participation in any group setting may also require compliance with additional behavioral, safety, preparation, and confidentiality expectations communicated in separate agreements.

2.5 Retreats and International Programming

This Website may reference, describe, or link to retreats or retreat-related opportunities, including retreats located outside the United States, such as in Jamaica. Any such retreats are offered only where lawful in the applicable jurisdiction and may be subject to separate terms, screening procedures, waivers, participant agreements, local laws, and health and safety protocols.

Information on this Website about any retreat is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, availability, legality in your home jurisdiction, or suitability for you.

3. Psychedelic Services Disclaimer

3.1 No Illegal Activity

We do not condone, instruct, promote, facilitate, arrange, procure, distribute, sell, or supply any illegal substance, nor do we assist any person in obtaining illegal substances. Nothing on this Website should be interpreted as encouraging any activity that violates local, state, federal, or international law.

3.2 Colorado Services Only Where Lawful

Any Colorado natural medicine facilitation services referenced on this Website are offered only where and as permitted by Colorado law and regulation. References to facilitation do not constitute an offer to provide such services in any jurisdiction where they are prohibited or restricted. Colorado law limits participation in natural medicine services to individuals age 21 or older.

3.3 Integration Is Distinct From Facilitation

Integration coaching is separate from Colorado natural medicine facilitation. Integration coaching is non-clinical and educational in nature and is not the same as a regulated administration session or other Colorado-regulated natural medicine service.

3.4 No Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an appropriately licensed provider, our services are not medical treatment, nursing care, psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatry, diagnosis, or treatment of any physical or mental health disorder. We do not prescribe medication or offer emergency services.

3.5 No Emergency or Crisis Services

Our Website and services are not intended for crisis response or emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health emergency, thoughts of self-harm, or risk of harm to others, call emergency services immediately or seek support from a licensed emergency or crisis provider.

3.6 No Guarantee of Outcome

We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any particular outcome, benefit, transformation, healing result, emotional response, or personal development result arising from use of the Website or participation in any service.

4. No Provider-Client Relationship Through Website Alone

Your use of this Website, submission of a contact form, sending of an email, booking inquiry, or participation in an introductory call does not, by itself, create any therapeutic, medical, psychological, fiduciary, facilitation, or other professional-client relationship.

Any service relationship exists only after we have expressly agreed in writing to provide services and any required screening, consent, intake, payment, and service-specific agreements have been completed.

5. Health, Safety, Screening, and Participation

You are responsible for determining, with appropriate professional advice where needed, whether any service is appropriate for you.

We may require intake forms, screening questionnaires, health disclosures, medical clearances, emergency contact information, or other eligibility materials before providing services. You agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, to deny, postpone, suspend, modify, or terminate services if:

you do not meet eligibility requirements,

you provide incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information,

participation may pose a safety, health, legal, ethical, or operational concern, or

we determine that the service is not appropriate for you.

For Colorado facilitation and certain retreat services, additional screening and informed consent requirements may apply before participation is permitted.

6. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in coaching, integration support, facilitation-related services, group experiences, retreats, and related activities may involve emotional, psychological, spiritual, interpersonal, and physical risks, including discomfort, distress, fatigue, resurfacing of difficult memories or emotions, or dissatisfaction with the experience.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Website and participation in any service, except to the extent such risks cannot be waived under applicable law.

You remain solely responsible for your own choices, actions, interpretations, decisions, legal compliance, and personal wellbeing before, during, and after any service.

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Fees

Fees for services will be communicated at or before booking. Posted rates, if any, may be changed at any time prior to booking confirmation. Sliding-scale or reduced-rate arrangements, if offered, are discretionary and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7.2 Payment Timing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time of booking or immediately upon completion of the session, as specified during checkout or scheduling.

7.3 Payment Methods

We may accept payment through credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, Venmo, Wise, Zelle, or other approved methods. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for agreed fees and any applicable late cancellation charges.

7.4 Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, payments for completed services are non-refundable. Deposits, retainers, reservation fees, and retreat-related payments may also be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

8. Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellation

We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled appointments, but availability is not guaranteed.

Clients may request to reschedule, subject to availability and our discretion.

Unless a stricter policy is stated in a separate service agreement, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled fee, and missed appointments may be charged up to the full session fee, except where prohibited by law or where we choose to waive the fee in our discretion.

For retreats, facilitation packages, group events, and special programming, separate cancellation, transfer, and refund policies may apply and will control over this section if provided separately.

9. Confidentiality and Communications

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of information shared with us. However, you understand and agree that:

coaching and facilitation-related communications may not be protected by the same legal privileges that apply to licensed psychotherapy or attorney-client relationships;

communications by email, phone, text, web form, or internet-based platforms may not be fully secure;

confidentiality may be limited by legal requirements, safety concerns, court order, business operations, payment processing, insurance issues if applicable, or third-party technology platforms.

We may disclose information where we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to:

comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, or legal process;

protect health, safety, or rights;

prevent fraud or misuse;

enforce these Terms; or

• operate the business through service providers subject to reasonable confidentiality obligations.

10. Website Content; No Professional Advice

All content on this Website is provided for general informational, educational, and promotional purposes only.

Nothing on this Website constitutes medical advice, mental health advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any guarantee that a particular service is lawful, suitable, or available to you in your location. You are solely responsible for obtaining independent legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice as appropriate to your circumstances.

11. Third-Party Platforms, Third-Party Links, and Retreat Partners

This Website may contain links to third-party websites, booking platforms, payment processors, forms, social media platforms, retreat venues, or other external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, acts, omissions, terms, privacy practices, legality, or performance of third parties.

If you choose to engage a third party, including a retreat venue, travel provider, lodging provider, payment processor, or platform linked through this Website, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, design, photos, videos, downloads, forms, and other materials, is owned by us or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, display, transmit, create derivative works from, scrape, or exploit Website content without our prior written consent.

seek assistance in obtaining illegal substances or engaging in unlawful conduct.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any prohibited use.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Website and services, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mária Őserő, LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or speculative damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or emotional distress, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mária Őserő, LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

your use of the Website,

your participation in services,

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Mária Őserő, LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims and liabilities arising from your voluntary decisions, actions, participation choices, travel choices, third-party engagements, or use of information obtained through the Website or services, except to the extent caused by conduct that cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

17. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. Updated Terms will become effective when posted on the Website, unless a later effective date is stated. Your continued use of the Website or services after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any separate service agreement, informed consent, waiver, retreat agreement, booking policy, or privacy policy we provide, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and the matters addressed herein.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a separately signed written agreement for specific services, the separately signed written agreement will control for that specific service.
