Individual Psychedelic Facilitation
Licensed Psilocybin Services in Denver, Colorado
I offer individual psilocybin facilitation within a partnered licensed healing center in Denver, Colorado, where I am authorized by the state to facilitate legal psilocybin services.
This work lives at the meeting place of many worlds: modern regulation and ancient reverence, science and spirit, somatic and psychological awareness, and the ancestral ways humans have long related to plants, land, and altered states of consciousness.
For thousands of years, humans have turned to plant medicines not for entertainment or escape, but for insight, healing, and realignment with themselves and the world around them. These medicines have always been relational. They ask something of us — humility, trust, and a willingness to listen with presence.
Psychedelic facilitation, as I practice it, is not about directing an experience or producing a particular outcome. It is about creating a container where your own inner wisdom can speak clearly. You are the one walking the path of the journey, while my role is to deeply listen and attune to what your body and the medicine is speaking.
What the process looks like
Working together typically includes three phases: preparation, the administration session, and integration.
Preparation
Before any psilocybin session, we spend time preparing together to begin building a relationship with each other, the medicine, and the experience to come. These sessions are a chance for us to get to know one another, speak honestly about your intentions, and explore any hopes, fears, or questions you may be carrying into the process. We also review safety considerations and talk through what the experience may ask of you.
Preparation may include:
• intention setting
• nervous system grounding and regulation practices
• informed consent and discussion of potential risks
• exploring your relationship to the medicine and why you feel called to this work
• identifying personal resources and support systems that can help hold you during and after the experience
I believe plant medicines are deeply relational experiences. Preparation supports you in entering the process with clarity, steadiness, and respect for the medicine you’ll be sitting with.
Administration Session
The psilocybin session takes place within a licensed healing center in Colorado.
During the session, my role is primarily supportive and non-directive. I am there to help maintain safety, attend to the environment, and support you if difficult moments arise. The experience itself belongs to you.
Every journey unfolds differently. Some are quiet and internal, others more emotional or somatic. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in deep respect for the intelligence of the body, the medicine, the Earth, and the ancestral wisdom that has carried these medicines through generations, allowing the experience to unfold as it needs to.
Integration
In many ways, the real work begins after the session.
Integration is where insights, emotions, or questions from the experience are explored and woven into daily life. These conversations can help translate moments from the journey into meaningful changes in relationships, habits, creativity, or self-understanding.
Integration sessions may include reflective dialogue, somatic awareness practices, mindfulness, or creative expression. The focus is not on interpreting your experience for you, but on helping you stay in relationship with what emerged and allowing meaning to unfold over time.
Harm Reduction and Cultural Awareness
Psychedelic medicines did not originate in Western therapeutic settings. They come from long histories of relationship between people, land, and culture.
Because of this, I approach this work with an awareness that modern psychedelic practice exists within complicated histories of colonization, appropriation, and commercialization. I try to hold that complexity honestly.
For me, working ethically with psychedelics means practicing humility, continuing to learn from the communities who have carried these traditions, recognizing the limits of my own scope, and creating systems of reciprocity. I try to embody these values in my personal and profession practice, as well as in my nonprofit the Ancestra Foundation.
I believe that access to plant medicines are a human right for all, and we are all responsible for creating a more sustainable, reciprocal, accessible, and ethical psychedelic culture. I understand that plant sacraments and psychedelics must be approached with great care and consideration.
A final note
Every person arrives to this work with their own reasons, questions, and timing.
If you are feeling curious about whether psilocybin facilitation might be supportive for you, the first step is simply a conversation. We can talk about what you are hoping for, what your concerns are, and whether this type of work feels like the right fit.
